DOES THE COLLECTIVE SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We can only deliver to one address per order. We suggest that you place a separate order for each destination if you wish to send your purchases to more than one address.

 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll get an email with your bill number. When you sign in to your account and select My Account, you can also track your delivery.

 

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

It's easy to return stuff. If you don't like it, you can return it within 15 days. Just go to MY ACCOUNT and place a request. Our team will pick up the item from the delivery address and refund you. I'M HAVING TROUBLE MAKING THE PAYMENT?

DO YOU OFFER REVERSE PICKUPS?

No reverse pick-ups. Any returns or exchanges are on the customer. Don't forget to mention your order number on the parcel when you send us your order. All potential communication lags will be avoided.
